A shipment from our factory was held at US Customs for over 2 weeks while we sorted out all the paperwork necessary to release our shipment.

This resulted in the delays of many orders containing items that were no longer in stock.

On January 25^th the shipment has finally arrived at our facility and order fulfillment has resumed.

All customer orders significantly affected by these delays will be contacted within the next 24 hours and compensated accordingly.

All orders will be shipped by January 27th, 2018
