Shipping and Delivery

What is your handling time?

All orders are shipped within 2 business days. While you may receive a shipping confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order our handling time takes into account the processing time at the post office.

How long does free shipping usually take?

We use USPS First Class Mail as the shipping method for free shipping. Depending on your location it may take anywhere from one day (New York area) to four days (West Coast) to be delivered.

Do you do international shipping?

Not at the moment. If you really like our products and would them sent to you outside the United States, drop us a line and we'll contact you!

General Product Questions

How do I use this?

These are concentrate atomizers, not e-juice atomizers.
We are working on releasing a set of instructional videos to help customers use our products.

None of my coils are firing, what's the deal?

This is almost always an issue caused by the battery that you are using. Either the battery is too weak to handle the low resistance of some of our cartridges or there is a contact issue inside the atomizer.
We advice you contact our Customer Service Team to diagnose and resolve your issue.

I received a cartridge with a dead coil, what do I do?

We apologize for the defective cartridge. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help.

Refunds and Returns

Can I return a used product?

Due to the nature of our products and their intended use we do not accept returns for products that have signs of use.

Can I get a prepaid return label?

Prepaid labels are only provided to customers who have received defective products. If you are simply no longer interested in using your product, or you do not have the ability to use our products and would like to return them then the order will have to be sent back at your expense.
